About the property and surroundings
Holly Lodge is one of the Woodland Lodges on Llanteglos Estate , a 10-acre site in rural Pembrokeshire, less than 2 miles drive from the blue flag beach of Amroth and roughly 10 miles from Folly Farm and many exciting visitor attractions of the area. The lodge is ideally suited for family self-catering holidays and comprise of two floors, one twin room with two single beds, one main bedroom with one super king sized bed , south facing balcony, modern bathroom and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The sofa in the living area converts into a double sofa bed. The lodge is strictly non smoking. Licensed clubhouse serving meals, children's play area and tennis courts are on site.
Immediate area
Walk to the end of the private driveway and look across the fields, the glorious view of Tenby, Saundersfoot and Caldey Island will greet you. If you turn left and carry on walking for a mile down Trelessy Lane , you will soon come to Amroth , arriving between Amroth Castle and the New Inn pub ready for a refreshing drink.
Lodge Accommodation
Holly Lodge is a two-storey lodge that can sleep up to four guests in two bedrooms and two guests on a sofa bed.
At ground level: -
- Super King size bedded room
- Twin bedded room
- We provide all bedding, bed linen and towels.
- Bathroom - with electric power shower, wash basin and toilet
On the top floor -
Open plan living area: -
- Kitchen /diner - fully equipped with all the basic requirements for a self-catering holiday including a cooker, microwave, under counter fridge, kettle and toaster. Dining table and chairs.
- Living area with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen television/DVD player. Sliding glass doors onto secluded south-facing balcony with view across the pastureland and wooded area beyond.
- The lodge is all-electric. Hot water is provided by a water heater in the kitchen under the sink and other electric heating in each room for use in the cooler times of the year.
Allocated parking space directly in front of lodge. There is more parking space for additional vehicles or trailers elsewhere on the site.
Note - Pets are NOT permitted in this accommodation.
